I started LIVE-WITH-ART from a simple place — my love for the palette knife and my belief that art belongs in everyday life.
I'm Anna Salenko, and this name, this space, is my heart put into words. Live With Art isn't just a brand. It's how I see the world. It's how I feel the world.
I create to share that feeling. To show people what a palette knife can do — the texture, the emotion, the raw energy it brings to a canvas. And more than that? To inspire others to let art live with them too.
Because life itself is where I find everything I paint. The light. The love. The moments that matter.
So yes — I live with art. And I'd love for you to, too.
My Story
I was born in Vladivostok in 1990, and today I call Hong Kong home.
My art is about us. Human emotions. Human connections. The quiet moments between people that say everything without words. I paint what I see in the world — but also what I feel inside it.
I studies in Russia and Italy, where traditional oil techniques became the foundation of everything I do. Since then, my work has traveled far beyond my studio — exhibited in Italy, France, the Netherlands, China, Japan, Russia, and beyond. I've painted in artist residencies in New York and France, letting new cities reshape my creative horizons.
Recently, my work was selected for a solo exhibition at CICA Museum in Korea. I curated the group show "Sensitive" here in Hong Kong. And my collection was presented at The Untitled Space in New York.
But you know what touches me most?
When someone stands in front of my painting and feels something. When they see themselves in the texture. When art becomes a bridge between my world and theirs.
That's why I paint.
